Data exportation

The “export” item in “file” menu permits to export “Stiffness”, “Average stiffness tomography”, “Maps”, “Current curve”, “Event properties” and “nbr event per curves” data set.

Stiffness

This option permits to export the stiffness values that were computed on the experiment files. Since the stiffness is computed over several depth, OpenFovea will save one csv file per depth.

The user will be asked to enter a file name. The software will complement the file name with information about the depth. If “stiffness” is chosen as file name, it will generate the file “stiffness_Deep_0.csv” for the first stiffness slice, “stiffness_Deep_1.csv” for the second slice, and so on.

These csv files are organised as follow :

  • 1st line : Information on the source file. i.e. the file path and name.
  • 2nd line : Injection time.
  • 3rd line : FC file name (one column per file).
  • 5nd line : Group information.
  • 7th line : Depth size of each slice.
  • 9th line : Mean stiffness in the scan.
  • 11th line : Std value of the stiffness of the scan.
  • 13th line : Number of values of the scan.
  • 15th-end lines : Each pixel stiffness value.

Average stiffness tomography

This Option permits to export the average stiffness value as a function of the depth for all the files composing the experiment.

The csv file is organised as follow :

  • 1st line : Information on the source file. i.e. the file path and name.
  • 2nd line : Label of the values that will follow.
  • 3rd-end line : Average stiffness values, the standard deviation and the number of pixels composing the average value for all the files.

Maps

This option permits to export an image file corresponding to the selected map to export.

The file name can be personalised by using the following option:

%f : file name %t : array name %n : slice number (for stiffness) %d : depth [nm] (for stiffness)

For example, “File_%f_%t_slice_%n_depth_%d.png” will produce a file name containing all the information about the exported map.

The pop-up permits to select the map to export.

This pop-up permits to choose the color map to apply.

The check boxes permit to turn on/off the axis labels, the color scale and the interpolation option on the displayed map.

Current curve

This option permits the exportation of the current curve as a csv file.

The csv file is organised as follow :

  • 1st line : Information on the source file
  • 2nd line : label (curve x, trace, retrace)
  • 3rd-end line : values of the corresponding label

Unbinding event properties

This option permits to export the properties of the unbinding events that have been detected.

The csv file is organised as follow :

  • 1st line : Information label.
  • 2nd-end line : data, one line per event.

Number of unbinding events per curve

This option permits to export the information about the number of detected unbinding events per curve.

The csv file is organised as follow :

  • 1st line : Information label.
  • 2nd-end line : data
